International Orders Policy
This policy applies to all orders shipped outside India.
1) Shipping Rates
GCC Countries — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman
- Orders above ₹15,000 — Free shipping
- Orders below ₹15,000 — ₹1,835 flat rate
Singapore & Australia
- Orders above ₹15,000 — Free shipping
- Orders below ₹15,000 — ₹1,835 flat rate
All Other International Destinations
Shipping fee is based on cart value at checkout:
- ₹0 – ₹5,000: ₹2,990
- ₹5,001 – ₹10,000: ₹3,490
- ₹10,001 – ₹15,000: ₹3,990
- ₹15,001 – ₹20,000: ₹4,490
- ₹20,001 – ₹25,000: ₹4,990
- ₹25,001 and above: ₹5,490
Processing & Transit
- Order processing: 7-10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Transit times vary by destination; customs inspections may extend delivery timelines.
- Tracking will be shared once your order ships.
2) Duties, Taxes & Customs — Duties Paid Where Supported
For international orders, Sage By Mala covers applicable customs duties wherever supported by our courier and customs partners. However, certain countries may charge VAT, GST, local taxes, customs processing fees, courier disbursement fees, or other government-imposed charges separately from customs duty. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and/or courier partner and may be payable by the customer upon delivery.
This may apply in countries/regions including, but not limited to, the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and other destinations where VAT/GST or local import taxes are charged separately.
The amount paid at checkout includes the product value, shipping charges, and customs duties only where specifically supported/prepaid. Any VAT, GST, local taxes, clearance charges, courier fees, or additional customs-related charges, if applicable, shall be payable by the customer.
3) Returns & Exchanges (International)
- Due to cross-border logistics, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
- Please check size charts and product details carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about fit or sizing, please contact us at enquiry@sagebymala.com before purchasing.
4) Address Changes, Delivery Attempts & Refusals
- Address changes are possible before dispatch only. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your delivery address.
- All international orders are final. If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable for any reason — including an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability — no refund will be issued. The order will be considered fulfilled once dispatched.
- Re-shipment, where feasible, will require full payment of a new shipping charge.
- We strongly recommend ensuring your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive your parcel before placing your order.
5) What's Not Our Responsibility
- Customs delays, inspections, or additional documents/KYC requested by authorities.
- Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
- Local delivery re-attempt fees assessed by carriers.
