Good news: the ₹200 is not an extra fee. It is credited against your order total—you simply pay the balance in cash when the courier arrives.

How It Works

  1. Add to cart – Shop normally and head to checkout.
  2. Select “Partial COD Option” – The portal will prompt you for the partial payment.
  3. Pay ₹200 – Pay via UPI / card / netbanking.
  4. Order confirmation – You will receive an e‑mail/SMS showing ₹200 paid and the balance due.
  5. Pay balance on delivery – Hand the remaining amount to the courier—done!

 

Important to Remember

  • The ₹200 is deducted from your grand total.
  • Decline the parcel or refuse to pay the balance? The advance becomes non‑refundable and helps cover return freight.
  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund—including the ₹200—per our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • If we must cancel (e.g., item sold out), the ₹200 comes straight back to your original payment method.
  • Standard return rules (7‑day window, ₹150 restocking fee, non‑returnable categories, etc.) still apply once the order is accepted.
