Exceptional service

I needed this dress for an event but the size I had ordered did not fit me a day before. The customer service responded immediately, sent a replacement within a day, pick up was done later and were constantly in touch over phone. the dress fit like a dream, was comfortable and beautiful. Poor fit on top

It would have been a good dress if the top fitting / cut was better . The chest part doesn’t sit well and the arm holes are too tight . Needs to be altered to be usable .
